Digital Products
All LizarMusic products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Having trouble with your download?
If you have any problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please [contact us]. We’ll be happy to help and can resend your download link or provide replacement access at no additional cost.
If a file is incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise unusable, please let us know and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.
Cancellations
Because digital products are made available shortly after purchase, orders cannot normally be cancelled once access has been provided.
Merchant of Record
Payments and order processing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Fourthwall. For payment- or order-related issues, you can also contact us and we’ll help you find the appropriate resolution
